The New York Jets traded away their 2014 first round pick Calvin Pryor to the Cleveland Browns on Thursday for Demario Davis, who was New York’s third-round pick back in 2012. He spent his first four years in the league with Gang Green until he signed a two-year, $8 million deal with the Browns in 2016.
The Jets trading Pryor comes as no surprise, especially since they declined his fifth-year option. Also, the team drafted Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye, who are both safeties in this year’s draft.
The “Louisville Slugger” has been a disappointment.
