The New York Jets have added another leg to their kicking competition.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Jets signed kicker Jason Myers, formerly of Jacksonville and Seattle. A corresponding move, in terms of a release, has yet to be announced.

This marks a return to the tri-state area for Myers, who spent four years at FCS school Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. After spending time in the Arena Football League, Myers earned the kicking job in Jacksonville, beating out veteran Josh Scobee.
