The New York Jets’ 53-man roster is set after head coach Robert Saleh and GM Joe Douglas made their initial Jets roster cuts today. The NFL cut deadline was Tuesday, August 31st at 4 pm ET and there were some notable roster cuts the Jets made. Among the notable roster cuts are QB Josh Johnson who has now been cut 20 times and TE Ryan Griffen leaving them with only 2 tight ends on the initial roster.
