It was only a matter of time, really.
On Tuesday, the New York Jets announced Josh Bellamy’s release.

For Bellamy, 31, it was a rough go of it in Florham Park, NJ. Dressing in just seven games last year, the special teams specialist could never stay healthy.

Along with Quincy Enunwa, Bellamy was placed on the season-ending PUP list in early May with a shoulder injury.
