Isaiah Crowell’s first season with the New York Jets will prematurely. The team placed the running back on injured reserve on Friday, as a toe injury will cost him the last three games of 2018. In his place, the team promoted fellow rusher De’Angelo Henderson from the practice squad.
We've activated RB De'Angelo Henderson and placed RB Isaiah Crowell on IR.

Crowell, set to turn 26 in January, signed a three-year, $12 million deal with the Jets in March. His New York debut was a roller coaster affair, as he ran for under 50 yards in 10 of his 13 games.
