Moncrief, 25, is a free agent after spending just one season in Florida. Over a 16-game slate in 2018, the Mississippi product tallied 668 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 48 total grabs.
Prior to his brief Jags stint, he played in Indy.
Drafted in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft (90th overall), Moncrief compiled 1,875 yards and 18 scores on 152 receptions.
