The New York Jets have added another individual to their front office, as they hire Matt Sheldon to be their new director of football research and strategy. The move went unannounced, however, Rich Cimini of ESPN broke the news on Tuesday.
Prior to the two positions listed in Cimini’s Tweet, Sheldon has had numerous other jobs in the NFL. In 2010-2011, Sheldon was the assistant defensive backs coach in Minnesota.
