It looks like the New York Jets will be able to suit up a few of their previously-banged-up offensive weapons this Sunday.
According to Eric Allen of the Jets official website, both tight end Chris Herndon and running back Le’Veon Bell are expected to play against the New York Giants.
Herndon has yet to play a game this season. The league suspended him for the first four games of the year for violating the substance policy. He’s additionally been battling a lingering hamstring injury.
Bell, on the other hand, went for an MRI on an apparent knee injury sustained in last Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins.
