Facing a third down deep in Green Bay Packers territory, the tight end needed only one hand to haul in a pass from fellow rookie Sam Darnold.
Herndon would take a decent hit from Packers
defender Josh Jones immediately after he gained control, but held on to set the Jets up in prime scoring territory, four yards away from the end zone.
