Don’t worry New York Jets fans, Nick Mangold isn’t going anywhere.
“Shoot, I love football,” he told Darryl Slater of NJ.com on Wednesday. “I miss it dearly. I’m planning on playing. I want to keep playing football, and I want to do it here. I figure we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. Right now, the only thing I worry about is getting better. After that, we’ll figure it out.”
The seven-time Pro Bowler played in merely eight games this season due to a lingering ankle injury and was placed on injured reserve.
