The New York Jets organization continues its drastic makeover.
On Friday, the team announced the latest shakeup. Team president Neil Glat is “stepping down” from his post to, instead, take on a senior advisor role.
“Neil spearheaded the implementation of many successful new initiatives and fan-friendly offerings during his time with us,” said New York Jets Chairman and CEO, Christopher Johnson. “He also worked tirelessly on behalf of the organization and for the fans. I greatly appreciate and thank him for his significant contributions and omnipresent professionalism. He will be missed.”
Glat had served in the president role since 2012, taking on all business-side responsibilities.
