FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Muhammad Wilkerson did not participate in workouts Saturday because of the hamstring injury he's dealing with.
"Yeah, there's a minor little setback," said Wilkerson, who had tried to take part in team drills earlier in the week. The defensive end strained his left hamstring in team drills two weeks ago [Aug. 2] and has been listed as day-to-day. He said he is feeling better each day and that an MRI did not reveal anything more than a strain.
Asked if he thought the injury might linger into the regular season, he said, "Next question.
