FLORHAM PARK — Muhammad Wilkerson has played 96 percent of the Jets' defensive snaps this season. This after returning in August from offseason surgery to repair a broken leg.
It appears as if the increased workload is beginning to have an impact.
After not practicing on Wednesday, and working in a limited capacity Thursday, Wilkerson again was out on Friday. The Jets listed him as questionable on the final injury report. When asked if Wilkerson won't play against the Ravens on Sunday, head coach Todd Bowles said, "it's possible."
"He's just more sore than normal," Bowles said.
