Jets first-round pick Leonard Williams is being made to feel right at home, even by the fellow defensive lineman who Williams might make expendable.
The USC product, taken sixth overall by Gang Green, said teammate Muhammad Wilkerson was among the Jets to offer Williams tips during the three-day minicamp that ended Thursday in Florham Park.
Wilkerson, the disgruntled All-Pro defensive tackle angling for a new contract, could end up getting traded instead — thanks in part to Williams’ arrival.
“We’ve talked a few times,” Williams said Thursday when asked about Wilkerson. “He gave me a few tips here and there.
