Miles, Sterling Sign RFA Tenders

Safety Rontez Miles and tight end Neal Sterling have signed their RFA tenders.

Miles, who first joined the Jets in 2013 as an undrafted free agent out of California (PA), played in 13 games last season. The fourth-year veteran led the team with 26 special teams tackles in 2017 and served as Lachlan Edwards’ punt protector. The 6’0”, 203-pound Miles has racked up 105 tackles, one interception and two forced fumbles in his career.

Sterling signed with the Green & White days before the regular season opener and was released on Oct.
