The sense of calm among players and coaches over the Jets’ struggling rushing attack in recent weeks is either a reflection of confidence or delusion. Either way, it needs to change in a hurry if Todd Bowles’ team is to have a realistic chance to make a playoff push in December.

Ivory averaged 115 yards and 5.5 yards per carry in his first four games before hitting a brick wall.
The bruising tailback followed up a pair of monstrous games, in which he totaled 312 yards, with three consecutive duds.
