It seems Jets head coach Aaron Glenn didn’t need much time to decide which member of Robert Saleh’s coaching staff was most in need of a new job. Glenn and the Jets have parted ways with offensive line coach Keith Carter.
Hired by Saleh after being fired by Mike Vrabel in Tennessee, Carter’s results left plenty to be desired. His units have allowed forty or more sacks in six of the last seven years. While it would be unfair to put the Jets O-line failures entirely on Carter as the team dealt with a bevy of injuries in his time, he didn’t do himself any favors.
