New York Jets center Jonotthan Harrison has said his goodbyes to the organization, his teammates and the fans. His Instagram statement made it all but certain that he will be one of the many Jet cuts leading into Saturday’s 4 p.m. ET 53-man roster deadline.
Harrison, 29, has been a Jet since the 2017 season when Mike Maccagnan signed him in the offseason. He caught on with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent prior to the 2014 season and started 10 games his rookie year.
For the better part of the last three years, Harrison has served as the team’s second-team center while experiencing plenty of time on the field.
