The New York Jets finally have their new general manager after agreeing to terms with Joe Douglas, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles.
The New York Jets put themselves in an awkward position after firing general manager Mike Maccagnan on May 15. However, the organization announced the hiring of Joe Douglas to take over and work alongside head coach Adam Gase.
It was unorthodox, but the Jets have the guy who is ready to lead them into the future.
