The New York Jets‘ search for a new general manager has taken a major step as they look to replace Mike Maccagnan. The team has landed an interview with the Philadelphia Eagles vice president of player personnel Joe Douglas, according to Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports.
I've been told #Eagles executive Joe Douglas will be interviewing with the #Jets for their general manager position over this weekend.

Douglas is thought to be a frontrunner for the general manager job due to his relationship with Adam Gase and the strong state of the Eagles roster.
