FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — The Jets are bringing in former Patriots center Bryan Stork for a look Tuesday, according to multiple reports.
The Patriots traded Stork to Washington in August, but the deal was nixed when he failed his physical. New England waived him the next day.
A fourth-round draft pick out of Florida State in 2014, Stork played in 21 games, starting 17, in two seasons with the Patriots. The 6-foot-4, 310-pound lineman also started in New England’s Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seahawks.
Stork, 25, has a history of concussions dating back to college, but it’s unclear if that had any role in his failed physical with the Redskins.
