Peter Schrager is reporting that the Jets brought in free agent TE Gavin Escobar for a workout on Monday.
This comes after the news that the Jets worked out TE Tim Wright, so they’re clearly looking to bolster their depth at the position, even though they recently claimed Will Tye off waivers from the Giants.
