Muhammad Wilkerson spent Friday night knocking down bowling pins for charity dollars. Now, he’s hoping the Jets will come through with some new contract dollars.
Wilkerson, who has spent the spring away from the team’s workouts as he awaits a new deal, said he remains hopeful a long-term deal will get done with the Jets.
“It’s a business at the end of the day and all I can do is keep doing what I’m doing, working out and staying in shape and get ready for the season,” Wilkerson said at the bowling event in his hometown of Linden, N.
