The Jets offense has too many issues to count right now, but one of the biggest has been a lack of production at wide receiver.
The Jets have 98 catches by wide receivers this season, which ranks 26th in the NFL, according to ESPN. Their 1,277 yards are 24th and the six touchdowns they have scored is tied for 27th with the Eagles. It is just three more than the Bills, who are in last place with three.
Part of the blame can fall on having rookie quarterback Sam Darnold. Part of it has been health. Robby Anderson and Quincy Enunwa have both missed games recently.
