The New York Jets announced Monday that they’ve waived WR Deshon Foxx and signed WR Daniel Williams to a contract.
Foxx, 25, wound up signing on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Connecticut back in May of 2015. He was unable to make the 53-man roster as a rookie, but was later added to their practice squad towards the end of the season.
Seattle brought Foxx back on a future/reserve contract before waiving him with an injury settlement at the start of the 2016 season. Foxx later signed a futures deal with the Jets this past January.
