Gang Green is giving up a 2016 fifth-round pick in exchange for the tackle and a 2016 seventh-rounder, according to a source.
Clady, who has played seven seasons in the NFL, started 16 games last season for the Broncos.
Clady was scheduled to earn $9.5 million in 2016 and $10 million in 2017, but is re-structuring his deal, the Daily News learned. Gang Green had been talking with the Broncos and feared they had lost leverage once news of Ferguson's retirement surfaced.
