Jets TE Chris Herndon loving the team’s energy heading into 2019

There have been plenty of changes for the Jets this offseason, from a new head coach and general manager and seismic scheme changes and new additions on both sides of the ball.

With voluntary offseason workouts and mandatory minicamp already in the books, the Jets are now looking ahead to their first training camp under new head coach Adam Gase.

There’s a different energy around the Gang Green heading into the 2019 season, and second-year tight end Chris Herndon is already loving the new direction he’s seeing from his team (via team reporter Olivia Landis):

Just from the jump, we’re taking shots down the field, we’re using everybody, and everybody’s getting a chance to touch the ball.
