The Jets had just seven offensive linemen active for Monday's game. Dozier, a backup guard, was a healthy scratch. The Jets kept Jonotthan Harrison and Brent Qvale active as versatile backups. Harrison and Qvale can both play guard, if needed, though Harrison is more of a backup center and Qvale is more of a backup tackle. Harrison probably would've been the first option if something happened to a starting guard. Could the Jets cut Dozier this week, as they bring inside linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis back from a one-game suspension?
Roberts clearly has a firm grasp on the return jobs.
