Jets sticking with Ryan Fitzpatrick as starting QB

Ryan Fitzpatrick is still the Jets' starting quarterback.

A day after Todd Bowles wouldn't definitively say if Fitzpatrick would remain the team's signal caller, he said it was still the veteran's job and supported the man that has started all 10 of the team's games this season. Despite losing four of their last five games, including Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Texans, it was always unlikely that the Jets would make a quarterback move at this juncture.

Asked how much discussion there was on the matter, Bowles said Monday, "Not much."

"We went over the film like we always do and we judge everybody and we rate every player," Bowles said.
