INDIANAPOLIS — The Jets passed their first test last week against the Browns. Now, they step up in class.
The Jets face a Colts team Monday night that has won three straight division titles and went to the AFC Championship game last year. Making matters worse for the Jets, the Bills embarrassed the Colts last week 27-14. So now the Jets get a motivated Colts team.
“We’re going to get their best game coming off a loss, their home opener, Monday Night,” Jets linebacker David Harris said. “We’re expecting a pretty jazzed up environment.”
The Jets know everything starts with slowing down Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, which is easier said than done.
