ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- What happened to Darrelle Revis?
The New York Jets' star, known as one of the best press-coverage cornerbacks in the current era, played unusually soft Sunday against Sammy Watkins, who torched the Jets secondary for 11 catches and 136 yards in the Buffalo Bills' 22-17 win at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Revis appeared to be afraid of getting beat deep, so he gave plenty of cushion. Unofficially, he allowed seven catches for 77 yards to Watkins, who complained earlier in the season about not getting enough balls.
