It took a week, but the Jets have finally made a splash in free agency.
The Jets have agreed to terms on a contract with free-agent cornerback Morris Claiborne, according to multiple reports. The terms and conditions of the deal are not yet known. NFL Network was the first to report the signing.
Claiborne joins left tackle Kelvin Beachum and kicker Chandler Catanzaro as the new players signed by the Jets this offseason. The Jets have also retained six of their own.
The Cowboys drafted Claiborne, 27, with the No.
