Jets Sign DB Robert Nelson To Practice Squad, Release WR/KR Kalif Raymond

The New York Jets are signing CB Robert Nelson to the practice squad and released WR/KR Kalif Raymond from the unit, according to Brian Costello.

The Jets’ practice squad now consists of:

3. DL Deon Simon (Exception)
4. CB Terrell Sinkfield
5. OL Geoff Gray
6. WR JoJo Natson
7. RB Marcus Murphy (Exception)
8. WR Damore’ea Stringfellow
9. DE Claude Pelon
10. DB Robert Nelson

Nelson, 27, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Arizona State back in May of 2014.
