Safety Marcus Maye is facing three charges stemming from a driving under the influence arrest in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. in February, according to Broward County court records.
Maye allegedly was involved in a car accident, and is being charged with DUI, DUI with damage to another property or person and leaving the scene of a crash, the Feb. 23 booking report states.
There will be a hearing through zoom on Oct. 20.
Maye could face suspension under the NFL’s personal-conduct policy. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said the league is reviewing the matter. A Jets spokesperson said, "We aren’t commenting, as it is a pending league matter.
