Jets’ Revis Not At Practice Friday, Looks Like Long Shot To Play Sunday

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — This isn’t good.

It’s looking more and more like Darrelle Revis will not be available for the Jets when they take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

The veteran cornerback suffered a concussion during the second half of last week’s loss to the Texans in Houston and has been participating in the league’s concussion protocol. The fact that he did not participate in Friday’s practice is an ominous sign that he won’t play Sunday, a game the Jets absolutely have to win.

New York (5-5) has lost four of its last five and now sits squarely on the outside of the AFC playoff picture.
