Grades from the Jets’ 13-6 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday:
Offense
What a train wreck. The Jets managed 275 total yards and went 2-for-13 on third down. Rookie QB Sam Darnold (21-of-39, 229 yards, 4 INTs, 31.8 rating) had his worst game as a pro. The running game failed to get going again as the offensive line struggled mightily. Darnold desperately needed someone to make a play, but the Jets continued to make mistakes. Center Spencer Long had multiple bad snaps that threw off Darnold’s timing.
Grade: F
Defense
This was a wasted performance by the Jets D.
