Jets Re-Work CJ Uzomah Deal to Free up cap Space

CJ Uzomah and the Jets appear be clearing a bit of cap space as the team takes their best shot at adding Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Tom Pelissero is reporting that Joe Douglas and the Jets have re-worked Uzomah’s deal to free up $3.6 million in cap space.

The #Jets converted $4.5 million of TE C.J. Uzomah's salary into a bonus, clearing $3.6M in cap space.
