Since the moment Calvin Pryor’s disappointing rookie campaign ended last December, the second-year safety has wanted to get back on the field to change the narrative around him. His 2014 season ended without an interception and included a benching after he was late for a meeting.
Being selected with the 18th overall pick might have been his biggest highlight of the year.
But with the 2015 training camp underway, Pryor is determined to turn things around and become an impact player for the Jets.
“I think it was kind of good that I went through the struggles that I went through last year,” Pryor said.
