The New York Jets' owner, attending a charity event Tuesday in Manhattan, addressed his quarterback situation with reporters. Obviously, there's a lot of speculation swirling about Marcus Mariota, but Johnson sounded optimistic that Smith can make the necessary improvements in his third season.
