Woody Johnson isn’t ready to think about Donald Trump as the Republican nominee just yet.
The Jets owner, who is the national finance chairman for Jeb Bush’s campaign, was asked Friday in Manhattan if he would support Trump should the businessman win the Republican nomination.
“I’m not going to go there yet. I’m supporting Jeb Bush, and I’m hoping he’s going to make it,” Johnson said.

Asked about Trump’s candidacy in general, Johnson said, “I don’t think anybody was predicting that in the beginning.
