In what has been a common theme, due to poor performance and injury, the Jets will be starting another new group on their offensive line Sunday.
Starting right guard Brian Winters re-dislocated his shoulder in Sunday’s win over the Giants and could miss the remainder of the season.
Surgery is an option for the 28-year-old lineman, who had played every snap before suffering the injury in the third quarter of the Jets’ second win of the season. He was replaced by Tom Compton.
“It would be hard to get him back this season,” coach Adam Gase said.
