Jets need fill-in kicker with Nick Folk out at least 4 weeks

The Jets’ injury woes continue to mount.

Kicker Nick Folk is expected to miss at least four weeks, according to a source, with a right quad injury.

Folk suffered the injury during pregame warmups Sunday and did not kick against the Jaguars. He served as the holder while punter Ryan Quigley handled all of the placekicking duties.

With Folk out, the Jets are going to have to sign a kicker before Thursday’s game with the Bills. They worked out four kickers on Monday: Billy Cundiff, Garrett Hartley, Kyle Brindza and Randy Bullock, according to a source.
