Jets lose their No. 3 receiver to 4-game personal conduct ban

The NFL suspended Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa for four games without pay on Monday for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

The suspension stems from an arrest on Aug. 31, 2014, on a domestic violence charge that was later dismissed. Enunwa, a 2014 sixth-round pick, was accused of causing injury to his girlfriend by “grabbing the victim by her ankle and pulling her off a bed and causing her to strike and injure both her head and finger,” according to the criminal complaint.

The woman later decided not to pursue the charges.
