Marcus Maye suffered a torn Achilles in Thursday’s loss and is out for the remainder of the season.

"It’s heartbreaking," Jets defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich said.

Maye, the longest tenured Jet, may have played his final game for the franchise that drafted him in the second round of 2017.

There is no guarantee that Maye, who was playing this season on a one-year franchise tag, will return to the Jets.
