Here’s your help, Sam Darnold.
A Jets team missing the injured Quincy Enunwa and the recently cut Terrelle Pryor is signing Rishard Matthews, ESPN first reported Tuesday, taking a chance on the veteran wideout who asked for and received his release from the Titans last month.
The Jets have been thin at receiver — and really, at finding any weapons for Darnold — and the 29-year-old brings experience to a group that includes Jermaine Kearse, Charone Peake and Andre Roberts.
Matthews was unhappy with his playing time in Tennessee, and so he found his way out.
