CLEVELAND -- The Jets will be without cornerbacks Darryl Roberts (hamstring) and Juston Burris (foot) against the Browns on Sunday. The two are among the seven inactives listed inactives.
Roberts is the Jets' No. 3 cornerback, and Burris No. 4. Veteran Marcus Williams and rookie Derrick Jones will fill in.
It wasn't long ago that Williams was a key piece to the Jets defense. In 2015, he led the team in interceptions (six) despite being a situational player. He had two interceptions in 13 games last season.
The Jets tendered Williams, a restricted free agent, in the offseason, but he hasn't played a defensive snap this year, per Football Outsiders.
