Adam Gase was not the only member of the Jets organization to get a vote of confidence from CEO and chairman Christopher Johnson on Wednesday.
Johnson also said he would like to see safety Jamal Adams remain a Jet “forever” just two weeks after the team had trade discussions about him.
“Jamal is a fantastic player. We saw that this Sunday,” Johnson said. “He’s an extraordinary player. He’s the kind of player you can build around, you should build around given the chance. He’s absolutely amazing. I would love to have him on the team for the rest of his career.
