EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Jets safety Jamal Adams, who took umbrage with the perception that his recent feud with management created a distraction, silenced his critics Sunday with the best game of his career -- including an act of thievery that resulted in a touchdown.
Adams finished with a team-high nine tackles and a two sacks in the 34-27 win over the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, including a strip sack in which he swiped the ball out of Daniel Jones' hands and returned it 25 yards for a score.
