The Jets signed Buster Skrine’s replacement on Thursday.
Brian Poole agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million deal with the Jets, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed. He will replace Skrine as the Jets’ nickel cornerback.
Poole, who played with the Falcons for three seasons, started in 21 of the 47 games he played. He has four career interceptions.
The veteran Skrine, who is heading into his ninth NFL season, had an up-and-down career during his four seasons with Gang Green. Skrine had three picks during his time with Gang Green, but none last season.
