The 2-4 New York Jets made a blockbuster trade today in dealing for disgruntled Las Vegas Raiders receiver Davante Adams. To acquire Adams, the Jets agree to send a conditional pick to the Raiders.
The pick as of now would be a third-rounder but will become a second-round pick if Adams is either named first or second-team all-pro, or if the Jets make a run to the AFC Championship game with Adams on the roster.
The Adams addition will be a welcome one, but is it too late for a team that has dropped three consecutive games to fall to 2-4?
